Body Massage Course Overview

Duration: This is a 14 week course comprising of 14, 3hr evening or morning or afternoon training sessions, a period for home case studies followed by an assessment (2.5hrs) consisting of written test paper, practical assessment and the submission of case studies. On successfully completing this course you will be awarded a full Practitioners Diploma enabling you to obtain insurance to practice on the public.

The effects of Body Massage - Massage Techniques - Massage Mediums

Energy Transfer - The Bodies Energy Systems

Contra indications - Contra Actions

Health and safety - Hygienic practice - Treatment set up

Client consultation - After care advice

Practical (both carrying out and receiving) A FULL Body Massage

You will receive a comprehensive manual and all items needed for the treatments that are carried out within the centre.
