Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the principle that there are areas and points on the feet, hands, and ears that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. When pressure is applied to these areas and points, it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels, and helps to restore balance in the whole body. This course will cover the reflexology of the feet.

This course has been written to give the prequalified therapist (anatomy & physiology) a thorough grounding in all aspects of Reflexology.

In order for you to professionally treat paying clients you need to hold an Anatomy & Physiology diploma. An A+P distance learning course is available from the TSL.

This course comprises of 7 in depth lessons, a written test paper and the submission of case studies.

This course, once successfully completed gives you a full Practitioners Diploma in Reflexology enabling you to obtain insurance to practice on the public.
